The WH-50 roof system has passed the wind lift test report at 60 meters per second (the wind speed of a level 12 typhoon is 32 meters per second).
The purlins and connectors pre punched in the factory are connected using high-strength fasteners with coarse diameters, which have significantly better strength than the standard self tapping screws used in domestic industry. This not only enhances the wind resistance performance of the WH-50 roof system, but also significantly improves installation efficiency.
Allow roof movement
The roof clamp is hidden inside the roof panel, connecting the upright seam roof panel with the supporting structural components. Due to the thermal expansion and contraction of steel structure roofs with changes in daytime or seasonal temperature, this roof clamp is specially designed to allow the roof to move freely in two directions. Without this mobility, the roof panels would be pulled and dragged, causing cracks in the panels, loosening of fasteners, damage to roof clamps, and ultimately leading to roof leakage or damage from strong winds.
